Cancellation Policy
Driving Lessons

- Each lesson may be rescheduled once at no charge (with ≥ 24 h notice).
- Subsequent changes within the free window incur standard fees.
Lesson Packages
Validity:
Packages expire 6 months after purchase.
No refunds for change of mind once lessons have started.
General Terms
- Refunds (where eligible) are processed within 14 business days.
- Any external fees (e.g., Service NSW booking charges) paid by us on your behalf will be passed on and are non-refundable.
- Instructors may change due to availability; we’ll notify you in advance.
- All appointments and packages are non-transferable.
